Exhibition Stand Construction - Standards
Our standard stands are built using exhibition assembly kits manufactured by Oktanorm of Germany and contain the standard equipment components (carpeting, wall panels, a table, chairs, electrical sockets, lighting and meeting areas). Standard exhibition stands can be expanded or elaborated in a variety of ways, such as: application of self-adhesive film or adding printed materials, 3D letters, lightboxes etc. The engineering potential and modern design of this exhibition system ensure high standards of construction and comfort for all kinds of solutions - from the standard stands to custom-built expositions for international and foreign events following a common architectural concept.

You can always order additional equipment to improve the appeal of your exhibition stand: display units, podiums, demonstration, information desks and mobile stands. The minimum cost of standard development starts at EUR 50 per 1 sq.m. and depends on the event.

  1. Cubicles (storage or meeting areas) are part of our standard offers and start at 12 sq.m and up.
  2. Wall-mounted spotlights are installed one per each 2 meters on the business side of the stand.
  3. No discounts are offered for any equipment taken off the standard set list.

That means you can always count on us to carry out the most sophisticated projects and make your ideal exhibition area a reality. Our projects are presented with a provisional estimate stating the cost of each item to ensure transparency of the final product price.
Exhibition stand designs should be ordered roughly 3-6 months in advance (fair or presentation) in order to ensure there is plenty of time and to avoid surcharges for express work and delivery.

Project completion may take from one to three weeks depending on the complexity. We will provide samples of materials once a project is approved.
